Eco Hotel The hotel is completely eco-friendly, powered by solar energy, with a philosophy of sustainable hospitality representing commitment to environmental conservation, which will make the chain’s hotels stand out. The main guide lines are:

Park Hotel Ermitage is fitted with a combined system plant which makes the building highly efficient:
The building’s roofs house a solar power photovoltaic system delivering approximately 20kWp which meets around 35% of the hotel’s power needs. The air conditioning comprises an intelligent control generator fitted with a condensation unit to produce hot water for domestic use. The system enables energy savings in the region of 14%, and a performance coefficient of over 6 in the combined work phase.
Also scheduled is the installation of a thermal solar collector system to meet the hotel’s future needs as it will undergo further extension work during the winter of 2010.
The green areas will be improved and extended, with an increase in the permeable surface, and the addition of a rainwater collection system for irrigation. The system will supply 65% of irrigation water.
