Breakfast and lunch are served on the spacious terrace where you can enjoy a magical landscape of sea and pine forest.
Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 to 10.30.
Our extensive buffet breakfast is much admired. The selection includes a wide choice of pastries, sausages, salami, cheese, fresh fruit, sweet and savoury dishes and much more. The best way to start the day.
If you’re not an early riser, then you can have a breakfast of cappuccino, pastries and fruit juice at the bar until 11.30.
Lunch is an even wider choice at our delicious international buffet which will satisfy even the most discerning palate, ranging from delicious cold dishes to a true gourmet experience prepared by our chefs.

Dinner is served in the extremely elegant Ermitage restaurant, with a fine menu and excellent service. Particular attention is paid to use of fresh fish, meat and seasonal produce.
The meal is completed by a carefully planned buffet of fresh and cooked vegetables alongside other dishes, as well as a dessert buffet with a large selection of sweets.
The wine list offers about a hundred wines produced by the best Italian labels, along with a wide selection of the most renowned international wines. Private Beach Restaurant:
Dine al fresco in an enchanting gazebo by candlelight, for which there is an additional charge, and a reservation is required.
The private beach restaurant offers an exceptional elegant, romantic atmosphere for your seafront or poolside dinner.
One of our chefs is always on hand at the private beach restaurant ready to prepare, on the spot and at your request, seafood or meat of the day dishes that are not on the regular menu.
